LEV hace honor a su nombre: luz, energía y vida en cada detalle. Visitamos la sucursal de Lomas de Zamora, en Italia 501, y conversamos con Milagros, anfitriona del espacio. Junto a un equipo sólido y muy cálido, sostiene la identidad de un proyecto que empezó en Adrogué, creció sin perder esencia y hoy suma también locales en Lomas y Banfield.
Con una estética minimalista, llena de luz natural y una vibra amable, es de esos lugares que uno podría encontrar en cualquier capital del mundo y enamorarse al instante. Pero está acá, en el corazón de Zona Sur, demostrando que no todo pasa por Puerto Madero: Las Lomitas también tiene sus joyitas, y LEV es una de ellas.
Probamos varias opciones del menú y todas mantienen la misma línea: sabores cuidados, porciones generosas y una presentación impecable. El tostado en pan de chipa —con queso cremoso, tomates cherry confitados y pesto— es uno de los favoritos de la casa y se entiende por qué. El sándwich de pollo, servido en pan de campo con champiñones, cebolla caramelizada, queso, manteca de ajo y rúcula, es contundente y prolijo: no se desarma y es sabrosísimo, acompañado de unas papas que completan la experiencia.
Para quienes buscan algo más liviano, y vegetariano, el omelette de espinaca, hongos y queso, con hojas verdes y mix de semillas, es una opción fresca y deliciosa.
Los postres merecen un capítulo aparte: porciones gigantes pensadas para compartir, con clásicos como la carrot cake —bizcochuelo húmedo de zanahoria con queso crema— y la famosa Matilda (una de las más pedidas. Imperdible!) Pero el waffle con dulce de leche, crema de yogurt, banana y nueces es un recomendado absoluto.
LEV es un espacio ideal para almorzar rico, trabajar un rato, tomar un café o simplemente disfrutar del ambiente. Un refugio luminoso en Lomas que confirma que la Zona Sur también sabe brillar.

LEV truly lives up to its name: light, energy, and life in every detail. We visited the Lomas de Zamora location on Italia 501 and spoke with Milagros, the host of the space. Together with a warm and solid team, she maintains the identity of a project that began in Adrogué, grew without losing its essence, and now includes locations in Lomas and Banfield.
With a minimalist aesthetic, plenty of natural light, and a gentle, welcoming vibe, it’s one of those places you might stumble upon in any major city and fall in love with instantly. But it’s right here, in the heart of Zona Sur, proving that not everything happens in Puerto Madero—Las Lomitas has its own gems, and LEV is one of them.
We sampled several dishes from the menu, all consistent in style: thoughtful flavors, generous portions, and impeccable presentation. The toasted chipa sandwich—with creamy cheese, confit cherry tomatoes, and pesto—is one of the house favorites, and it’s easy to understand why. The chicken sandwich, served on country-style bread with mushrooms, caramelized onions, cheese, garlic butter, and arugula, is hearty yet tidy: it doesn’t fall apart, it’s incredibly tasty, and the side of fries completes the experience.
For those looking for something lighter—or vegetarian—the spinach, mushroom, and cheese omelette, served with fresh greens and a seed mix, is a delicious and refreshing option.
Desserts deserve their own spotlight: huge portions meant for sharing, including classics like the carrot cake—moist carrot sponge with cream cheese frosting—and the beloved Matilda (one of the most requested items, and truly unmissable). But the waffle with dulce de leche, yogurt cream, banana, and walnuts is an absolute must-try.
LEV is the perfect spot for a great lunch, a coffee break, some quiet work time, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. A bright, charming refuge in Lomas that proves Zona Sur knows how to shine.
