Una cruz roja brillante nos invita a seguirla, hipnotizándonos con su luz. Al entrar, el espacio nos transporta en el tiempo: el mobiliario original de la farmacia se mantiene intacto, dándole una atmósfera de otra época. Cartas halladas en un sótano, frascos de medicina y detalles vintage conforman este rincón que no es solo un restaurante con un concepto instagrameable, sino también un homenaje a la pasión por la buena cocina.
La mente detrás de esta idea es Norma Eva Vignola, quien, junto a su esposo, el médico Mario Saravia, ha logrado crear un espacio acogedor donde se respira amor y profesionalismo. De sangre ítalo-francesa, Norma ha traído a Buenos Aires una propuesta gastronómica que combina la tradición francesa con influencias italianas y argentinas. Su presencia en el restaurante es constante: atenta a cada detalle, con la calidez de una verdadera anfitriona. Es imposible no contagiarse de su pasión, que se refleja en cada rincón y en cada plato.
Sabores que transportan
La cocina de Farmacia Lezama está a cargo del chef francés Sebastien Fouillade, un maestro en los sabores de su tierra natal. El menú ofrece delicias como crêpes dulces y saladas, elaboradas con la auténtica técnica francesa, algo difícil de encontrar en la ciudad. También hay opciones irresistibles para la cena, como mejillones al ajillo, pasta italiana y, por supuesto, un exquisito ojo de bife de ternera, ideal para maridar con la cuidada selección de vinos o con tradicionales cócteles.
Para empezar, probamos el Steak Tartare, un lomo crudo cortado a cuchillo con alcaparras, cebolla, mostaza y huevo. Desde el primer bocado, despertó todos los sentidos. Norma nos cuenta que muchos clientes se han vuelto adictos a este plato, y no es difícil entender por qué.
Luego, disfrutamos de una exquisita pasta seca italiana mediterránea, preparada con ingredientes frescos que evocan los sabores del sur de Europa. Una opción vegetariana deliciosa, al igual que el cremoso risotto de hongos.
Uno de los imperdibles es el postre: la clásica Crème Brûlée (¡no pueden no pedirla!) nos sorprendió con su textura perfecta, mientras que el Crêpe Rose Rouge, con frutillas, Nutella y helado, nos trasladó directamente a un bistrot parisino. Cada bocado es una experiencia sensorial.
Más que un restaurante
Farmacia Lezama no es solo un lugar para comer, sino una experiencia en sí misma. Los camareros, vestidos como enfermeros, refuerzan la ambientación y sumergen a los comensales en la temática con su amabilidad y buen humor. Además, los miércoles hay jazz en vivo, lo que convierte la velada en un momento aún más especial.

Letters found in a basement, antique medicine bottles, and vintage details create a setting that is not just an Instagram-worthy restaurant but also a tribute to a deep passion for fine cuisine.
The visionary behind this concept is Norma Eva Vignola, who, together with her husband, Dr. Mario Saravia, has crafted a warm and inviting space where love and professionalism fill the air. With her Italian-French heritage, Norma has brought a culinary experience to Buenos Aires that merges French tradition with Italian and Argentine influences. She is ever-present in the restaurant, paying attention to every detail with the warmth of a true host. Her passion is contagious, reflected in every corner and every dish.

Farmacia Lezama’s kitchen is led by French chef Sebastien Fouillade, a master of the flavors of his homeland. The menu features delights such as sweet and savory crêpes, crafted with authentic French technique—something rare to find in the city. There are also irresistible dinner options like garlic mussels, Italian pasta, and, of course, a succulent beef ribeye, perfect to pair with their carefully curated wine selection or classic cocktails.
To start, we tried the Steak Tartare, a knife-cut raw beef tenderloin mixed with capers, onion, mustard, and egg. From the very first bite, it awakened all the senses. Norma tells us that many customers have become addicted to this dish—and it’s easy to see why.
Next, we enjoyed a delicious Mediterranean-style Italian pasta, made with fresh ingredients that evoke the flavors of Southern Europe. A perfect vegetarian option, alongside the creamy mushroom risotto, which captivates with its texture and depth of flavor.
A highlight of the meal was dessert: the classic Crème Brûlée (a must-order!) impressed us with its perfectly silky texture, while the Crêpe Rose Rouge, filled with strawberries, Nutella, and ice cream, transported us straight to a Parisian bistro. Every bite was a sensory delight.

Farmacia Lezama is more than just a place to eat—it’s an experience. The waitstaff, dressed as nurses, enhance the theme and immerse diners in the ambiance with their charm and humor. On Wednesdays, live jazz performances add another layer of magic, making every visit feel even more special.
